Daily Dials provides a real estate calling platform that helps business customers manage outbound calling, caller activity, call records, lead prioritization, and follow-up. This Privacy Policy describes how Daily Dials (“Daily Dials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with our websites, applications, support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information we process as the operator of the Services, including information about website visitors, prospective customers, account administrators, authorized users, and people who contact us.
Our business customers may upload or generate information about leads, homeowners, call recipients, and other contacts (“Customer Data”). For Customer Data, the customer generally decides why and how the information is used, and Daily Dials processes it to provide the Services. If you are a call recipient or contact in a customer’s account, questions about the customer’s use of your information should usually be directed to that customer.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile information, such as name, business name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, role, and preferences.
- Sales and support information, including demo requests, scheduling details, messages, troubleshooting information, and other communications with us.
- Billing information, such as subscription and transaction details. Payment card information may be collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Daily Dials.
Information processed through the Services
- Lead and contact information, such as names, telephone numbers, property or lead details, notes, source data, and contact history submitted by a customer or its authorized users.
- Calling and activity information, such as call time, duration, status, disposition, number used, recordings or transcripts when enabled, caller activity, verified time, and related performance data.
- AI and workflow information, such as summaries, lead grades, recommended follow-up, tasks, messages, notes, and CRM activity generated or logged through the Services.
- Integration data, when a customer connects a third-party service and directs us to exchange information with that service.
Information collected automatically
We may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, diagnostic data, and activity logs when you use the Services.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
- process calls and calling activity, maintain call records, generate requested AI features, prioritize leads, and support follow-up workflows;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- communicate about demos, accounts, service updates, security, support, and features;
- monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, and protect users and the public;
- comply with law, respond to legal process, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Vendors and service providers that support hosting, telecommunications, analytics, authentication, customer support, scheduling, payments, security, and other business operations, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
- Telecommunications providers and carriers as necessary to route or complete communications and provide related numbers and calling functionality.
- Customer-directed integrations when an authorized user enables or uses a connection with another service.
- Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or respond to valid legal process.
- Transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
Daily Dials does not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose Customer Data to third parties for their own independent marketing. If our practices change in a way that creates additional rights under applicable privacy law, we will provide the required notice and choices.
5. Customer Data and calling compliance
Business customers are responsible for the Customer Data they submit and for providing all notices and obtaining all permissions required for their calling activities. This includes obligations relating to consent, call recording, calling hours, caller identification, internal suppression requests, and applicable federal, state, and local Do Not Call requirements.
Daily Dials may provide configured safeguards intended to screen or block numbers identified as restricted. Those features support—not replace—the customer’s independent legal obligations. Customers must keep their lists accurate, honor opt-out and Do Not Call requests promptly, and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
We process Customer Data on the customer’s instructions to provide the Services, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with law, and as otherwise permitted by our agreement with that customer.
6. Cookies and website data
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand website performance, and protect the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.
Third-party pages or services linked from Daily Dials, including scheduling or account services, operate under their own privacy notices.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account settings, customer instructions, and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Account users are responsible for protecting credentials, controlling authorized access, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update certain account information through the Services or by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message; we may still send transactional or service-related communications.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Daily Dials does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a request, email hello@dailydials.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. If your information is Customer Data controlled by one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are designed for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
